Refund policy

We do not accept returns for refunds. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unsoiled or defective merchandise purchased on www.miakalaniswim.com with original packaging, all tags must be attached and sanitary strips in place for EXCHANGE ONLY for an item of equal or lesser value. Exchanges must be received within 7 days of delivery. No exchanges will be accepted after 7 days. Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

Items marked "Sale" or discounted with a promo code are not eligible for Refund or Exchange. No Exceptions.

We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping costs.

Only items that are available will be eligible for exchange.

Please note, we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. Also, we do not refund/exchange for lost packages.
