SHIPPING INFO
Our products are made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be made and processed. Please note that the 10 business day processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Any orders that are made over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Your For local orders your order will be delivered via Jamaica Post Zip Mail.
For international orders, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail for all USA orders and DHL Express for other international orders for 3-5 day shipping or via FedEx for 1-2 day shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Miakalani Swim ships to most international destinations. Please note that international orders cannot be refunded for any reason.
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Jamaica may be subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Import Fees may include the following charges:
Duties: the amount charged by the country for an individual item
Freight: transportation costs incurred by the carrier
Insurance: the amount for insuring the package
Taxes: the Value Added Tax (VAT) charged by the country
Brokerage: the amount charged by the broker to clear customs
Disbursement: the amount the carrier charges to disburse the costs to the country
Other Fee(s): the transaction fee and any additional costs that may be incurred (e.g., rural-area charges, extra fees for a particular country, etc.)
If you refuse a shipment from Miakalani Swim or a shipment is undeliverable, you are still responsible for the cost of the merchandise, the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Miakalani Swim. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY/STORE CREDIT
We will not accept returns for refunds. Exchanges only. If there is a price difference involved with your exchange, A store credit will be issued via email in the form of a discount code which you will enter at checkout. The store credit will never expire.
We will gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on www.miakalaniswim.com. All swimwear must be returned in it's original packaging, all tags must be attached and sanitary liner in place. Exchanges must be received within 7 days of delivery. No exchanges will be accepted after 7 days. Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
All Clearance, including items purchased using a promo code are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges. No Exceptions.
1) Exchanges are accepted for items of an any value. If the piece you wish to exchange is of a higher value the customer will be responsible for the difference. If the price of the piece you wish to exchange is of lower value the remaining balance will be turned in to a store credit in the form of a discount code and CAN NOT be used towards shipping.
If there is nothing on our website that you wish to exchange your item for at this time, you may opt for a store credit. The store credit will not include the shipping cost. All return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
HOW TO EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE
We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, so you can exchange any unworn, unwashed item to us within 7 days of receiving your original order. Just send us an email stating why you would like to return your order and ship back to us via USPS.
The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us.
Please ensure to make a note of your Order number in all emails. We'll send you an email as soon as we've received your exchange in its original condition. Once Received, exchanges can take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be processed and shipped back to you.
We try hard to accept all exchanges, In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Once items are shipped it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to file a Claim for the missing shipment.
